Back in the Water, Learning to Breathe Again

Red Pen Correction โ€” Swimming Diary

Recently, I started to do swimming work-outa swimming workout1 for the first time in a while. I remember that I went to a pool and learned itgoing to a pool and learning to swim2 when I was aan3 elementary or middle school student. Back then, I used to learn and practice it inI only practiced4 free stylefreestyle5 and backstroke, but I didn't have a chance to pick upI never got the chance to pick up6 the breaststroke and butterflybreaststroke or butterfly7. Anyway, now I get to haveI now have8 an opportunity to swim again due tothanks to9 my youngest son, who is just 9 years old. As a matter of fact, my wife and he recently began to learn swimmingstarted learning to swim10, going to theat a11 pool near our home, just in walking distancewithin walking distance12. The issue is that he wants to use free-swimming time inthe free-swimming time at13 another pool in the sports complex on weekends. But becausesince14 my wife can't take care of him in the shower roomlocker room15, she asked me to join this activity quite stronglyquite insistently to join this activity16.

The first day was not so good to mewasn't great for me17. I was socompletely18 exhausted after free-swimming time for all daythe free-swimming session19 because I had to use my musclesmuscles I'm not used to20 and I was so poor atterrible at21 regulating my breathbreathing22. However, after the second day of free-swimming chance23, I gradually got to have a desire tostarted to want to24 swim better again. Like a25 running, breathing really matters in this workout, however, which is a bit attractive to me due to a slight differencebut there's a subtle difference that I find kind of appealing26. Also, floating and moving smoothly forward onthrough27 the water gives me a unique experience and funsense of fun28. Maybe I might putI might end up putting29 the swimming work-outswimming30 in my routine againback into my routine31 in a few weeks.
